jitaacs Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitaacs platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please review it carefully before proceeding.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jitaacs ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the jitaacs website, creating an account, or engaging in any wagering activity on the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of jitaacs and close your account.
Age Verification
All players must be 18 years of age or older. jitaacs applies strict age verification procedures at registration and prior to processing the first withdrawal. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may register only one account on jitaacs. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Taka-Denominated Accounts
All player accounts on jitaacs are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. All balances, wagers, and payouts are displayed in ৳.
Fair Play Standard
Every game offered on jitaacs uses a certified random number generator (RNG). Outcome manipulation, use of automated betting scripts, and any form of collusion are violations of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Attempting to exploit bonus terms, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, constitutes fraud and voids all related bonuses.
Support & Disputes
For any dispute, query, or complaint regarding transactions or gameplay outcomes on jitaacs, players must contact support at support@jitaacs within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised beyond this window may not be considered.
Definitions & Interpretation
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise. Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications where applicable.

| "Real Balance" | Funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or card) that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jitaacs prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any stage of the account lifecycle. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone used by jitaacs for all platform timestamps, promotional calendars, and support operating hours. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction from which access to or use of online gambling services offered by jitaacs is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law. |
| "Agreement" / "Terms" | This Terms & Conditions document in its current published version, together with any supplementary policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms) incorporated by reference herein. |
This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with the jitaacs Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a supplementary policy, this Agreement shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise in relation to a specific provision.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. Access to jitaacs and participation in any wagering activity is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to permit a minor to engage in gambling. jitaacs takes this obligation extremely seriously and applies mandatory age verification to all new accounts.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jitaacs, a Player must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
- Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jitaacs or any of its affiliated entities, payment partners, or game providers.
- Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jitaacs or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme.
- Have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.
- Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for a third party.
jitaacs reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within 14 days of request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.
Where jitaacs has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account Holder is below the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all wagering activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, less any winnings generated from wagering activity conducted while under age.
Account Registration & Verification
Registration on jitaacs is free of charge. Each Player may register one and only one account. Upon registration, the Player agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account closure.
The following information is required at the time of registration:
- Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
- Date of birth (day, month, year).
- A valid, active email address that you control and regularly monitor.
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
- A preferred username and a strong account password.
- The primary payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes linked to their account. jitaacs will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaacs immediately by contacting support at support@jitaacs. jitaacs will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time jitaacs deems appropriate — you will be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport and a recent proof of address. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold until KYC is satisfied. jitaacs aims to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation.
Account details, including email address, phone number, and registered payment method, may be updated by contacting the support team. Changes to core identity information (name, date of birth) require supporting documentation and are subject to manual review. jitaacs reserves the right to require repeat verification following any significant account detail change.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
jitaacs supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform.
Deposit terms:
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
- Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits applicable to your chosen payment method and any account-level limits set by jitaacs or its payment processors.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jitaacs account balance in real time in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–2 business hours to reflect.
- jitaacs does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
Withdrawal terms:
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours from approval for verified accounts. VIP account withdrawals are prioritised with a target processing time of under 2 hours.
- Withdrawals requested from accounts that have not completed KYC will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- jitaacs reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where there are grounds for suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
- Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. jitaacs does not apply currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. jitaacs does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
jitaacs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, Eid and Pohela Boishakh seasonal offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.
The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on jitaacs unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
- Each promotion is available to one account per household address, IP address, device, or payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before the resulting balance (or any portion thereof) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each offer page.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be removed from the account balance automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are published in the bonus terms section of each promotional offer.
- jitaacs reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have opted into an active offer.
- Bonuses are issued in good faith. Any strategy that jitaacs reasonably determines to be designed to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging strategies across opposite outcomes — may result in bonus cancellation and review of the associated account.
Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds alongside a deposit may indicate this preference when making the deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed — the wagering requirement must be completed or the bonus forfeited via the account settings panel.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
jitaacs offers a diverse portfolio of games across multiple categories, including live casino tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), online slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming), cricket and sports betting, Andar Bahar, and specialty games including Ocean Phoenix. Each game or betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or from the relevant category page on the Platform.
The following fair use conditions apply across all games and betting markets on jitaacs:
- Players must wager using their own funds or legitimately credited bonus funds only. Use of funds obtained through fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorised payment methods is prohibited.
- The use of automated betting tools, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence programmes, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in game outcomes or sports betting markets is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker formats, coordinated betting in live table games, or sharing of real-time game information — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a round, jitaacs will apply a fair resolution policy. For games where the outcome can be reconstructed from server logs, the outcome will be honoured. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to the player's balance.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to wagering. jitaacs reserves the right to apply account-level bet limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
- Sporting event outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) within the timeframe published on the sportsbook page. jitaacs's decision on all settlement matters is final.
jitaacs uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology supplied by its third-party game providers. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter RNG results post-generation. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published and available upon request from the support team.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or jitaacs may initiate the closure of a player account. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@jitaacs. Upon voluntary closure, any real-balance funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.
jitaacs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any term of this Agreement.
- The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- The Player is determined to be under 18 years of age.
- The Player has opened multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
- Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or chargeback abuse, is detected on the account.
- The Player is found to be using automated betting tools or engaging in collusion.
- The account has been used to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime.
- The Player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
- jitaacs is required to close the account by operation of law or by instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email at the address registered on the account. jitaacs aims to complete account investigations within 14 business days. During the suspension period, the Player's account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to a confirmed breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-balance funds may be returned or withheld depending on the nature of the breach, in accordance with applicable law.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting support at support@jitaacs. Once a self-exclusion is active, the account will be closed and re-registration will be blocked for the selected exclusion period. jitaacs urges any player experiencing difficulty to use this tool without hesitation. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaacs and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of account information.
- Service interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance periods, internet connectivity issues, or third-party system failures.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to the Player's bank, mobile financial service provider, or card network.
- Any outcome in a game or sporting event, whether the Player considers it to be incorrect, unfair, or contrary to expectation.
- Unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jitaacs's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jitaacs makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are suitable and secure for accessing jitaacs.
jitaacs operates in good faith and maintains a fair play standard across all games and markets. However, the Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome from wagering activity. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of participation.
This Agreement is governed by the general principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the support team's standard complaint resolution process may be escalated in writing to support@jitaacs, addressed for the attention of the Compliance Team. jitaacs will acknowledge written complaints within 5 business days and aim to issue a final response within 28 days.
Important Notice: jitaacs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jitaacs to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
